Anyone holding the badge (excluding One-day Pass holders) can register for all activities and forums provided by the TCCF through this Platform. (Certain activities may require qualification review. As such, the TCCF reserves the right to refuse related applications upon review.)

Attendee Guidelines
To provide the best possible environment for the attendees, please follow the guidelines:
- The physical badge is required for entry into the TCCF venue. Please present your physical badge at the venue entrance for scanning by our staff.
- Weapons, containers, aerosol cans, large objects, or any hazardous materials are not allowed in the venue.
- Please keep your voice down in the venue and do not disturb other attendees.
- Eating, drinking, running, horsing around, taking the shoes off, sleeping on the chair, smoking, littering, sitting on the floor, and other behaviors that pose any risk to other attendees are not allowed.
- Except for service animals, pets are not allowed.
PITCHING Guidelines
- All participants must register for Pitching Events in advance and present a valid badge upon entry. Please make sure to bring the badge for on-site verification. If you haven't registered in advance on the Platform, please present a valid badge, including the "One-day Pass," 10 minutes before the Pitching Event starts for on-site waiting. Follow the instructions of on-site staff for standby.
- Entry will be open 30 minutes before the Pitching Event starts. If you wish to enter after the event has started, please wait for on-site staff guidance.
- Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited on-site throughout the Pitching Event.
- Interpretation services will be available for the Pitching Events in both Chinese and English. If needed, you can borrow interpretation equipment with a "valid photo ID" at the venue before entering. Please return it after the event.
- In case of any temporary changes, adjustments, or updates to the Pitching Event, please refer to on-site information and announcements.
INNOVATIONS Guidelines
SHOWCASE: Registration for Black and Eggscape on-site
From 11/7 (Tue) to 11/10 (Fri): 12:00-17:00. On 11/11 (Sat) and 11/12 (Sun): 10:00-17:00
On-site registration will be available during the event opening hours for the day's sessions, with a limit of one session per person per day.
5 minutes before the session starts and up to 5 minutes after it begins. Failure to register within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your reservation for that session, making room for on-site standby attendees.
Example: If the Showcase session starts at 10:10 am, registration will be open from 10:05 am to 10:15 am.
Please proceed to the entrance of the showcase area in Warehouse 5, where service personnel will verify your registration qualifications.
Talk On-Site Registration
Five minutes before the Talk session starts, seating will be opened to One Day Pass holders and badge holders for on-site registration.
Industry Event On-Site Registration
Five minutes before the start of the event, seats will be opened to One Day Pass holders and badge holders for on-site registration. Cross-domain workshops and industry impact activities do not allow on-site registration.
INDUSTRY STAGE Guidelines
For those who have registered on the platform, please present your valid badge for entry, and carry it for on-site verification. Those who have not registered on the platform in advance and participants who purchase a "One-day Pass" on the day of the event will receive a numbered card at the venue. Please follow instructions from on-site staff for on-site standby. All entry times, card distribution times, and other details can be found in the specific session descriptions below.
