Meeting Appointments

One-on-one meeting with Pitching Teams

Meeting Location: 6th Floor, Taipei New Horizon Building

Hold one-on-one meetings with Pitching Teams selected for this year's events.

Important Dates

1. Early bird appointments for award groups will be open from 17:00, October 17th, to 12:00, November 3rd.  (Taiwan time UTC+8 )
2. General buyer appointments will be open from 12:00, October 23th, to 12:00 , November 3rd.  (Taiwan time UTC+8 )

Meeting Room Info

1. From November 7th (Tues.) through November 10th (Fri.), operating hours will be from 10:00 to 17:00 each day.
2. Appointments are unavailable for between 12:30 to 13:30, as this is lunch break.
3. The duration of each meeting session is 25 minutes.

How to book meetings

1. Please click on the "Schedule Meeting" button on the selected project introduction page.
2. After logging in, you will be able to view the available time slots for team appointments.
3. After making a successful appointment, on the day of the meeting, you can go to the sixth floor of the Cultural and Creative Department to view the on-site map [click here to check] and find the designated table number for your reserved team.

Notice

1. The sixth floor of the Taipei New Horizon Building is a dedicated meeting space for the Pitching Teams, and as such is exclusively for consultations with these teams.
2. Please request the Pitching Team to mark off the agreed time slot in the system.
3. Only one appointment can be made with each party in the system.
