Meeting Room Appointment Times

1. Operating hours from November 7th (Tues.) through November 9th: 10:00-17:00;Operating hours of November 10th (Fri.): 10:00-15:00
2. Each meeting session’s duration is 25 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes allocated for transitioning and cleaning.
3. The system defaults to having all time slots open, allowing you to independently set any time slots you do not wish to be reserved as closed.
4. When someone makes an appointment for a specific time slot through the system, you will receive a notification email. By clicking on the link in the email, you can return to the system and decide whether to accept or reject the appointment. Please make sure to make a decision within 72 hours upon receiving the invitation. If the deadline is passed, the invitation will automatically expire and the system will release the temporarily reserved meeting space.
5. You are unable to cancel or modify a successfully scheduled meeting.

Making Appointments

1. After logging in, click on Participant List and select the person you wish to make an appointment with. You will then be able to view the available time slots of that user.
2. After successfully making an appointment, please arrive at the Business Center for the scheduled time [click here to view the conference map]. Our on-site staffs will arrange a meeting room for you to conduct your meeting.

Important!

1. Meeting rooms will be organized according to conditions on-site during operating hours. Those who arrive more than five minutes late will not be accommodated.
2. Once it passes November 3rd, the deadline for online appointment booking,, users may register for on-site use based on actual usage conditions each day.
