Terms and Conditions

  • All TCCF Market exhibitors must carefully review the TCCF Market Terms and Conditions in order to participate in the event. Submitting the application documents implies the exhibitors’ full agreement and compliance with the provisions outlined herein.
  • Exhibitor Booth Application
  • Advance booth applications are currently being accepted. The organizer will review the applications and send a confirmation email to exhibitors upon approval. Exhibitors will be notified to make payment according to the regulations. The booth reservation process is considered finalized only after the exhibitors complete the payment procedure.
  • Exhibitors should use the online system on the official TCCF website (tccf.tw) to register and submit their exhibition information.
  • If the information provided by the exhibitor does not align with the purpose of this year's exhibition, the organizer reserves the right to reject the application.
  • 3. Exhibitor Information Upload (Taipei Time, UTC+08:00)
  • Domestic exhibitors: August 16th to September 13th; payment due by September 15th 11:59 pm
  • International exhibitors: August 16th to September 22nd; payment due by September 24th 11:59 pm
  • Failure to make the payment within the specified deadline after submitting the exhibitor information will constitute voluntary withdrawal from the exhibition.

  • 5. Payment of Exhibition Fees
  • Exhibitors who receive a confirmation email should make the payment as scheduled, adhering to the quoted amount and specified payment method. The quoted amount must be paid in full, and any additional expenses, such as remittance fees and transaction fees, shall be borne by the exhibitors.
  • Once exhibitors have completed the payment, exhibition fees are non-refundable in the event of the exhibitors' cancellation or inability to participate.
  • 6. Booth Allocation and Use
  • The general area in which an exhibitor’s booth(s) is located will be primarily determined by the organizer, taking into consideration the type of the exhibitor (e.g., television stations, OTT platforms, production companies, etc.). Adjustments may be made based on the number of registrations received.
  • Booth Selection:
  • The organizer will notify exhibitors who have completed payment at the appropriate time to attend a briefing session and select their booth locations. Booth selection will be based on the designated areas and the order of payment completion.
  • Exhibitors are not allowed to select booths on behalf of others and are also prohibited from subletting or transferring booths to others.
  • If an exhibitor is unable to attend the briefing session and participate in booth selection after the briefing, the organizer will select a booth on the exhibitor’s behalf, and the exhibitor shall have no objection to the assigned booth.
  • c. Exhibitors are granted the right solely to use the allocated booth area for their own purposes during the event. Exhibitors may not transfer, resell, subcontract, or share these rights with any third party.
  • d. Within the allocated booth area, exhibitors are free to decorate and display their own materials. However, the displayed content must be limited to the exhibitor's own booth area and should not obstruct public walkways or impede access to neighboring booths.
  • e. Detailed regulations regarding the use of booths by exhibitors will be provided in the exhibitors' handbook.
  • 7. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data
  • The organizer adheres to applicable laws and regulations, including Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, when collecting, processing, and utilizing personal data. Exceptions may apply if there are additional legal provisions or regulations from competent authorities.
  • Exhibitors agree and authorize the organizer to disclose certain personal information, including but not limited to names of companies and  individuals, job titles, and contact information, to other TCCF participants within the necessary scope, including but not limited to the duration of the TCCF.
  • 8. Disclaimer
  • In the event of an interruption or cancellation due to force majeure events such as floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, war, civil unrest, strikes, government policies, epidemics, or other similar reasons, the organizer may terminate some or all exhibition services (including physical events and online system services) without prior notice to exhibitors.
  • If the organizer determines that an urgent situation or interruption in exhibition services (including physical events and online system services) has occurred due to reasons beyond the control of the organizer, such as power outage or Internet network failure, the organizer shall not be held liable and will not refund any festival fees or other related expenses.
  • The organizer will not intervene in any commercial transactions, communication, or disputes between exhibitors or between exhibitors and third parties.
  • 9. Precautions and Prohibited Actions During the Festival Period
  • The organizer will provide onsite security services throughout the festival period, including setup and dismantling. However, exhibitors are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, materials, and valuable items. Neither the security company nor the organizer shall be held liable for any damage or loss caused by any factors. It is essential to have designated company personnel present at the booth throughout the entire exhibition period.
  • Exhibitors must adhere to the schedule and designated time for setup and dismantling as arranged by the organizer. Any expenses related to the transportation of exhibition items, materials, or any other extended costs shall be handled and borne by the exhibitors themselves.
  • During the TCCF event and promotional period, exhibitors guarantee that they and their represented companies (if applicable) will not distribute any promotional materials unrelated to TCCF or engage in criticism or attacks against the organizers of TCCF, other exhibitors, creators, participating countries, or regions. If any of the above provisions are violated, the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) reserves the right to refuse the participation of the exhibitor in TCCF, and the exhibition fees will not be refunded. The matter may also be reported to the relevant government agencies for further handling.
  • The organizer provides basic equipment for exhibitors' booths as stated above, and exhibitors should pick up the equipment upon setup and return it at the end of the exhibition.
  • 10. For any matters not addressed in the provisions herein, the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) reserves the right to revise and announce amendments at any time on the official TCCF website.
