2023 Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF) badge Submission Notice

The 4^th Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF) (hereinafter referred to as the“TCCF”) will be held from November 7^th to November 12^th, 2023, and is regarded as an important content industry event in Asia. It is organized by the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (“TAICCA”) and attracts investors and creators from many countries around the world to gather in Taipei for business exchanges and negotiations. The event showcases a variety of potential film, television, and stories to global professionals. The event will enable Taiwanese locals to better exchange ideas, raise funds, and collaborate with other creators and investors around the world with the common goal of producing more trending projects and progressing into the international market.

The TCCF website (https://www.tccf.tw/) (hereinafter referred to as the "the Platform") is operated by TAICCA. It provides you with related services and functions of the TCCF (collectively referred to as the "Service").

Please make sure that you fully understand the "2023 TCCF badge Submission Notice" (hereinafter referred to as the "Submission Notice") prior to purchase. Once you proceed with the submission process, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to comply with the relevant regulations of the Submission Notice.

• All domestic and foreign investors, industry professionals, and other participants (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Participants") who participate in the TCCF must hold the badge to enter.
• Badge Purchase and Redeem Hours
  • Business & Exchange: November 7 to November 10, 2023, from 9:30 to 17:00 daily.
  • Innovations: November 7 to November 12, 2023, from 9:30 to 17:00 daily.

  • Pricing Information
    ‍A. Professional:
    Each badge fee is NTD 1,000 (approximately USD 35) and can only be submitted online through the Platform. When completing the submission and payment, you can use the relevant service and reservation functions on the Platform, and have priority registration for all activities and lectures provided by the TCCF. (Certain activities may require qualification review. As such, the TCCF reserves the right to refuse related applications upon review.) Participants holding this badge are granted unlimited access to the TCCF venue during the entirety of the programme period.
    B. One-day Pass:
    Each badge fee is NTD 500 and can only be submitted on-site during the programme period. The badge grants unlimited access to the venue on the day of submission. Please be sure to properly keep your badge for use. Participants holding the One-day Pass badge can only participate in the events and forums through the "on-site standby" method.
    ‍C. Others:
    For those joining the programme Pitching , Market or are invited by TAICCA, the submission process for the badge will be handled according to the requirements of the respective activities to be attended.
  • Submission Period
    ‍A. The "Professional badge"
         will be available for submission on the Platform from Early September.
    B. The "One-day pass badge"
        will be available for submission on-site during November 7 to November 12 from 9:30 to 16:00 (on-site submission time until one hour before the end of the fest each day).
• The TCCF is considered a trade show, and therefore no pets are allowed to enter except for guide dogs.

• Participants who have completed submission and payment can redeem for a physical badge by presenting the digital certificate issued by this Platform (via email or member center) at the TCCF Registration & Visitor Pass Service. The digital certificate (QR code) can be printed on paper or displayed on a mobile device . The physical Badge is required for entry into the TCCF venue.
• Participants who have submitted a TCCF badge through this Platform are entitled to enter the fest areas of the three major activities: "Pitching", "Market", and "Innovations". You will be permitted to use the business center (reservation required) and be able to use other services provided by the Service during the fest period.
• Anyone holding the badge (excluding One-day Pass holders) can register for all activities and forums provided by the TCCF through this Platform. (Certain activities may require qualification review. As such, the TCCF reserves the right to refuse related applications upon review.)
• The TCCF only plans and arranges OFFICIAL activities and forums, and therefore is not responsible for the registration of events organized or invited by various manufacturers, businesses, creative organizations, etc.
• If the badge is lost or stolen, Participants can apply for a free replacement at the Registration & Visitor Pass Service(only once). A handling fee of NTD 500 will be charged for the second time or more (equivalent to the price of a One-day Pass).
• Participants whose badges are not submitted from this platform, such as "One-day Pass" holders, are unable to use the related services provided by this platform.

• Participants acknowledge that the content and materials available on this Platform as well as at the TCCF are protected by the law of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights. Unless the Participants obtain express written consent from TAICCA, the creative team, or the right owner, the Participants cannot reproduce, replicate, distribute, publicly disclose, disseminate, sell, or commercially use the content or materials available on this Platform or at the TCCF.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participants can still download or print the content or materials available on this Platform or at the TCCF, but cannot delete or change the marks of the copyright or other property rights.
• The purpose of the TCCF is to facilitate contact between buyers and sellers. As such, the personal information provided by the Participants will be made public on the Platform for search purposes.
• The TCCF badges are limited to personal use and cannot be transferred or lent to others.
• Photography, videography, audio recording, and any other activities that may affect the operation of the TCCF or offend the viewing rights of other Participants are strictly prohibited in the TCCF. If the Participants violate this rule, TAICCA reserves the right to require the Participants exit from the venue. TAICCA reserves the right to determine whether the conduct of the Participants affects the progress of the TCCF or the viewing quality of other Participants.

• Payment and Taxes
  The Participants agree to pay the fees for the submission of the TCCF and the use of this Platform at the rates listed in the payment agreement on this Platform. The Participants also agree to be responsible for all the usage tax, business tax, or other transaction fees (including but not limited to credit card processing fees, bank wire transfer fees, etc.) incurred by using the payment services or bank wire transfer, and full payment of the fees to the Platform is required. If any taxes or duties are imposed on the Participants in its country due to its use of this Platform, the Participants shall pay these taxes and duties and cannot request any refund or deduction from this Platform or TAICCA.
• Changes
  TAICCA reserves the right to modify, change the Submission Notice and activities of the TCCF, and change or terminate all or part of the activities of the TCCF.
• Force majeure
  If the programme period or duration of the TCCF needs to be changed due to any force majeure, such as natural disasters, statutory contagious diseases, government policies, or other uncontrollable factors, no refund application will be processed for this exhibition. However, the Participants who have already submitted to the TCCF can postpone their admission to the next time.
  
• Refund
  The TCCF is a business-oriented trade fair, not an art or cultural performance or any other related event. Once the badge submission is sold, refund will not be processed unless the TCCF is canceled by TAICCA.
