In a world where connectivity knows no limits, and cutting-edge technology blurs the line between reality and virtuality, is there a consensus of digital experiences that can transcend both national and cultural boundaries?

Three curators from world-class film festivals and cultural organizations, drawing from their own experiences, will discuss how to form and present a cross-culture experience of the exhibition.

Taiwan Creative Content Agency / Project Manager of International Partnership, Content & Culture Technology Department

Came from filmmaking background, currently working at Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), mainly focus on international partnerships. Skilled in cross-field communication, project management, immersive content programming and showcase arrangement, as well experienced in VR / XR content licensing and festival strategy.

Previously worked as XR Program Manager at Kaohsiung Film Festival - XR Dreamland, one of the biggest immersive festival in Asia; Program Manager at VR FILM LAB, Taiwan’s first venue specialized in cinematic VR content showcase; and as head of Kaohsiung VR FILM LAB original contents’ international distribution.

Liz Rosenthal

Venice International Film Festival / Curator of Venice Immersive

Curator, executive producer and pioneer of immersive and interactive creative media. As curator, Liz was instrumental in the launch of Venice Immersive (Italy) in 2017, the first and only official immersive content selection and competition in an A-list festival.

As an executive producer of many award-winning immersive contents, she helped found accelerator programme, CreativeXR (UK), which has supported more than 60 XR projects by leading UK creative teams. As well, Liz is CEO & Founder of trail-blazing innovation company Power to the Pixel. She has an extensive network and knowledge of international talent, financiers and distributors across the immersive entertainment and arts space.

Myriam Achard

As the voice and face of PHI, a multidisciplinary organization positioned at the intersection of art, film, music, design and technology that is based in Montreal, Canada. Myriam’s mission is twofold: to promote the development of local and international artistic avant-garde, while paving the way for new creators. Since 2006, she has worked with Phoebe Greenberg, founder of PHI, to promote PHI's creative impulse, driven by an ambitious message: to develop and promote artistic innovation in the world. Thanks to its efforts, the group today occupies a prominent place in the artistic avant-garde, both as producer and distributor.
