Will there be a future content exhibition this year? And will it be free for the public?

The Showcase will also be presented in this year's exhibition. Badge purchasing mechanism will be adopted this year. Please make sure to purchase a badge beforehand or purchase a One-day Pass in order to enter the venue.

Will there be activities like experimental activities, salon lectures, etc.?

The Innovations is composed with three sections: Showcase, Talk, and Industry Event, which including content experiences, lectures, and business networking events. Currently, all the related events are announced on the website, please check them here: https://www.tccf.tw/innovations

Do I need to register for events in advance? What’s the deadline?

1. Innovations is open to all TCCF badge holders; however, Talks, Industry Event and some experiences in Showcase do require advanced registration, please refer to event pages and click on “Register Now” to save your spot.
2. Registration Deadline: Event registration will be closed at 12:00 pm October 31st, 2023 (Taiwan time UTC+8). Event slots are limited, if fully booked before the deadline, registration will be closed early.

What should I know about venue entry, event check-in and waitlist regulations?

1. All event venues must present a valid badge upon entry. Please make sure to bring the badge for on-site verification. If you haven't registered in advance on the Platform, please present a valid badge, including the "One-day Pass".
2. Showcase: Check-in will be open from 5 minutes before the session till 5 minutes after the start of the session.
2-1. For example, for the 14:00 session, check-in will be opened from 13:55 till 14:05.
2-2. If the registered participant failed to check-in within the check-in time, the spot will be released to the waitlist onsite.
3. Talk / Industry Event: Admission will be opened 15 minutes before the session.
3-1. For entry after the session started, please follow guidance of onsite staff.
3-2. Due to differences of each event, only partial events are available for onsite waitlisting.
3-3. Industry Insights are audit-based events, unfortunately, those are not available for onsite waitlisting.

How may I reserve the meeting?

1. After you log in to the official website, please click the little people icon in the upper right corner. Then you may click "My Meeting Appointments" and choose your available appointment slots during the festival. Checking the box of a certain time slot means you are open to scheduling appointments during that time.
2. Please return to the front page of the official website, click the "Meeting Reservation" on the upper side. You may choose "Pitching Team Appointment" or "Business Meeting Appointment" on the buttom side of the Meeting Reservation page. Based on the instruction on the page, you may start scheduling appointments

Who can reserve the meeting?

If you are this year's exhibitor or professional participant, you may reserve meetings during the opening time for registration.

When is the available time slot for the meeting space?

Operating hours from November 7th (Tues.) through November 9th: 10:00-17:00;Operating hours of November 10th (Fri.): 10:00-15:00. Due to the limited meeting space, the registration adopts a first-come, first-serve mechanism, we apoligize for any inconvenience.

Can I choose the meeting space freely?

If you choose "Business Meeting Appointment," then your meeting will take place at the Business Center. Several meeting rooms are planned for participants to use during the fesitval, Unoccupied rooms will be arranged by he on-site staff.

Why did I get rejected by the other side?

Once you sent out the appointment invitation, the Business Center will reserve the meeting room for 72 hours. If the invitee is not able to show, or they do not response within 72 hours, the invitation will automatically expire and the system will release the temporarily reserved meeting space to protect your rights. It is recommended that you send an email inquiree to the invitee to confirm mutual interests.

How can I manage my meeting calendar?

After you log in to the official website, please click the little people icon in the upper right corner. You may click "My Calender," and then you may find the .ics subscription link for meeting appointment. After copying, you can subscribe it to your commonly used calendar services, such as Google Calender and Apple Calender.More instructions for reference:

Can exhibitors from other events (ex. Pitching and Market) visit Innovation's Showcase or make reservations for the related activities?

Once you have registered the TAICCA ID via TCCF's official website and attained a badge, you may visit the Innovations venue. However, certain activities may require a reservation in advance.

What are the dates and opening hours for this year's Innovations?

The 2023 Innovations will be held from November 7th to November 12th, the opening hours are:
Weekdays, Nov.7th to Nov.10th, from 12:00 to 17:00.
Weekend, Nov.11th and Nov.12th, from 10:00 to 17:00.

Are pets, food, and drinks allowed in the venue?

In order to maintain the cleanliness of the exhibition venue and the safety of the exhibits, food, and drinks are not allowed in the Innovations venue. Please leave your food and drinks outside of the venue, thank you for your cooperation. This exhibition is a business-oriented commercial exhibition, therefore no pets are allowed to enter the venue, except for the guide dogs.

Is the venue accessible for the disabled?

Basic barrier-free facilities, such as barrier-free ramps, will be planned at the venue.

How can I attain a list of exhibitors and buyers participating in the 2023 TCCF?

When you log in to the official website, you may click the "Market" on the upper side, and then you may click "Exhibitors" to view the list.

Is there a way to download the list of buyers?

Unfortunately, we do not provide the option that could let participants to download the list of buyers this year. You may log in the our official website to view the list of buyers, thank you/
