《FRAMERATE：大地脈動》系列呈現人類工業以及自然力量對地景造成的變動，至今已以縮時攝影記錄了英國地景的短期變動，而ScanLAB Projects與磊動媒體呈現的臺灣篇，聚焦臺北以及島嶼各地的喧嘩與脈動，邀請觀者採取不同的視角，沉思改變及其速率，進而改變觀感。
※ 本體驗包含一些閃爍的視覺效果和完全黑暗的狀態。
